- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very GREAT customer service. We went in for a car loan, and we had to wait on the underwriters at another company to process and approve the loan for 2 hours. And while we waited the banking manager Baylor Lyon and the bank teller Mrs. Davis sat and waited with us and were very nice, friendly, and personable. They made the time spent waiting in the bank so much more pleasant. This is some of the best customer service I have ever had. These two will help you out in any way that they can, and this bank goes Above and Beyond my expectations. Every time I've come into this bank, I have always felt very welcomed and taken care of.
