  I used this company for my 2012 taxes, and I wasn't thrilled with the service. The man we worked with was pleasant, but he didn't know answers to certain questions that I needed to know. An example: We owed taxes this year, but we couldn't afford to pay the amount all at once, but we still owed less than the required amount to schedule payments with the IRS. So when I asked what we needed to do to pay our bill since we fell into the weird grey area, he didn't know. And instead of figure it out, he gave me the phone number to call to try to sort it out. When I couldn't find the answer, he just made up an answer to send in our payment in four installments. I thought this was a researched answer, but it turned out to be his "best guess", and I was fined extra for not paying my entire tax bill at once. While the process of figuring out our tax bill was fine, and I thought him very nice to work with and very diligent of keeping up with everything, the process of actually paying our taxes and getting an extra fine ruined the experience. We will not be returning to this business next year.
